Naturally, we provide fast service for repairs, extensive maintenance, or a total overhaul.

Special machines

One of HeatWaves specialities is the manufacture of machinery or components that are specifically adapted to an application. It often happens that a standard machine, or an existing machine of the customer, is not suitable for a new application. specials1

In this case, modifying an existing machine is a good solution, since one does not have to invest in entirely new equipment.

We also regularly put an HF welding tool into action in an existing application.

All second-hand machines supplied by us have been completely overhauled. The machines are dismantled and equipped with refurbished or new moving parts and the housings are repainted.

After this, the machines are set up with new controls and adapted to current safety and radiation standards. If required, the equipment can be immediately adapted to your specific needs.

In principle, we repair all brands of HF equipment. Because we operate independently from a manufacturer, we can provide you with any desired service, regardless of brand or type of machine.

We draw on our very large stock of special HF components for this, along with our extensive documentation on diverse HF equipment. Our archive goes right back to 1948!

We have a service department with highly trained engineers with more than 25 years’ experience in the field of HF.

Weldingtools and ancillary materials

Every machine requires tools in order to be able to work with it. In HF plastic welding machines, these weldingtools are the electrodes, the barrier material for additional electrical insulation, and the tools used to position the product to be welded.

We design and fabricate all necessary tools in-house. This often happens in close collaboration with our customers.

Solutions are sought and high quality and efficient welding and ancillary tools are realised by our experienced toolmakers.
